Connect Health app for iPhone and iPad

We are using a CE Medical approved health monitor to calculate human body vitals. For calculating vitals, we use SDK of our partner (manufacturer of the device). We are using FDA approved health algorithm to calculate health score. For calculating Health Score, we use API keys of our partner which is why we use HealthKit APIs.
Poonyah Health App will help users collect, store and share personal health information in a single Health Record from home, work and healthcare facilities. Our devices learning platform can identify patterns to create clinically-validated algorithms that will provide a personalised level of care based on monitoring parameters set by the doctors.
